Do you really cover every trade in-house?

Yes — carpentry, electrics, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, groundworks and landscaping are all delivered by our own team or long-standing partners under one contract with us.

How much does a renovation cost?

It depends on scope and finish, but as a guide: bathrooms typically start around £8,000, kitchens around £15,000, single-storey rear extensions around £2,200–£2,800 per square metre. Your quote is priced line by line so you can see where the money goes.

Is the quote free and fixed?

The survey and quote are free with no obligation. The price is fixed against an agreed schedule of works; anything you add later is quoted as a written variation before we do it.

Do you handle planning permission and Building Regulations?

Yes. We arrange drawings and structural calculations, submit planning or permitted development applications, deal with Building Control inspections and serve party wall notices on your behalf.

Are you insured and accredited?

We hold £[X]m public liability insurance [placeholder], our electricians are Part P registered, gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered partners, and we're vetted on TrustMark and Checkatrade. Certificates are available on request.

For single-room work, almost always. For a whole-house refurbishment most clients move out or phase the work so part of the house stays liveable.

How far do you travel?

We work across Harrow, Stanmore and surrounding North West London, and a little further for larger projects. If your postcode isn't on our list, ring us and ask.

How soon can you start?

Smaller works usually within 2–4 weeks. Larger builds are typically booked 6–10 weeks ahead, sooner if a slot opens up.
